ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded by a line commencing at Trig. “S” Swampy Hill and proceeding north-westerly along a right line between Trig. “S” Swampy Hill and Silver Peak Trig. Station to a point in line with the northern boundary of Block III, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; thence due east to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Semple Road; thence generally south-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western side of Miller Road; thence south-easterly to and along that side of that road and its production along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 4836, and Section 8, Block III aforesaid, to north-eastern corner of that Section 8; thence due south along the western boundary of Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and due east along the northern boundary of Block XII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Mount Cargill Road; thence generally south-easterly and north-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 54, Block VII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; thence due south to the north-eastern corner of that Section 54; thence generally north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that Section 54 and generally south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of that Section 54 and Section 55, Block VII aforesaid, to the south-western corner of that Section 55; thence easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern boundaries of that Section 55 to the north-western corner of Section 74, Block VII aforesaid; thence easterly along the northern boundary of that Section 74 and its production to the north-western boundary of Block VI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; thence south-westerly and south-easterly along that north-western and the south-western boundaries of Block VI aforesaid and the south-western boundary of Block II, Lower Harbour West Survey District, to the southernmost corner of Section 10, Block II aforesaid; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that Section 10 to the north-western corner of Section 62, Sawyers Bay Survey District; thence generally westerly along the generally southern boundary of the County of Waikouaiti hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.
