ALL that area in the County of Mackenzie, Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Tengawai River in line with the north-eastern side of No. 8 State Highway, Block XV, Tengawai Survey District, and proceeding westerly generally along the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle line of a road forming the eastern boundary of Run 291; thence northerly generally to and along that middle line, easterly generally to and along the middle line of the road forming the southern boundary of Rural Section 36465, and southerly generally to and along the middle line of the road forming the eastern boundaries of Rural Sections 36462, 32071, and 32452 to a point in the middle of Duck Creek; thence southerly along the middle of that creek, south-westerly to and along the middle of Mackenzie Stream and southerly to and along the middle of Lockharts Creek to Lockharts Saddle; thence south-easterly generally to and along the summit of the eastern watershed of the Hakataramea River to the north-western corner of Section 10, Mount Nessing Settlement, being a point on the boundary of the Mackenzie County hereinbefore described; thence southerly, north-easterly, and north-westerly generally along that boundary to the point of commencement.
