RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Kerbing and Channelling Loan 1967, $28,000
THAT, in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf
by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City
Council resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on the Kerbing and Channelling Loan 1967, $28,000,
authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by
way of special loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 for the purpose of constructing kerb and channel, the
Takapuna City Council makes a special rate of decimal
nought nought nine cents (0.009c) in the dollar ($) on the
rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value of all
rateable property in the City of Takapuna); and that such
special rate shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of
August in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the
loan is fully paid off."

Water Reticulation Loan $95,680
THAT, in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf
by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna
City Council resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on the Water Reticulation Loan $95,680 authorised
to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by way of special
loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the
purpose of completing the water reticulation for domestic
supply and providing adequate mains for fire fighting in all
dedicated streets in the City of Takapuna, the Takapuna City
Council makes a special rate of decimal nought three two
cents (.032c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the
basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in
the City of Takapuna); and that such special rate shall be
payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

City Council resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on the Land Purchase Loan 1967, $104,000 authorised
to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by way of special
loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the
purpose of purchasing property for service lanes, the Taka-
puna City Council makes a special rate of decimal nought six
two cents (.062c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value
(on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property
in the City of Takapuna); and that such special rate shall
be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of

Sewerage Renewal Loan 1968, $15,600
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the
Wairoa Borough Council hereby resolves as follows.

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $15,600 authorised to be raised by the Wairoa
Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers in
that behalf enabling it, for the purpose of repaying on
maturity that portion of the Sewerage Additional Loan 1952,
$50,000, which matures on 1 June 1968, the said Wairoa
Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one
one seven cents of a dollar (.117c) upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the Borough of Wairoa, comprising
the whole of the borough; and that the special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and
be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10
years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Wairoa Borough Council held on the 19th day of February

Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $45,640 authorised to be raised by the Wairoa
Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers in
that behalf enabling it, for the purpose of repaying the
portion of the 1962 Water Loan which remains unpaid at
the end of the six-year term, i.e., 1 November 1968, the
said Wairoa Borough Council hereby makes a special rate
of decimal nought one five cents of a dollar (.015c) upon
the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of
Wairoa, comprising the whole of the borough; and that the
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of August in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of 24 years, or until the loan is fully
paid off."
