AUCLAND CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to execute a certain public work, namely, street purposes in the City of Auckland, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Office, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Civic Administration Building, Auckland.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 32.4 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland being part of Allotment 20, Parish of Titirangi, situated in Block XV, Waitamata S.D., Deeds Index 10A/596, North Auckland Land Registry, shown coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan 45695 and being an extension of Smale Street to the Waitemata Harbour.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that plans showing the land proposed to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council situated at Tirau and are open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must set forth his objection in writing and send the same not later than the 10th day of April 1968 to the County Clerk, Tirau. If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND STOP ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped; and notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the portions of road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection, that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.
