Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

The Road Classification (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1968

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1968.

  2. The Hawke’s Bay County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the Warrant dated the 2nd day of July 1954† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Road Classified in Class One

FARNDON - PAKI PAKI ROAD (from its northern junction with No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) at Farndon to its southern junction with the said State highway at Paki Paki).
