Revoking Part of a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Land Taken in Block XI, Pomahaka Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Notice dated 3 August 1967 and published in Gazette, 14 September 1967, No. 57, page 1564, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken in Block XI, Pomahaka Survey District, Clutha County, insofar as it affects the vesting in Russell James Black, Ian Davis Black, and Allan Walter Black, all of Wairuna, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 181772, and to electricity agreement No. 238906, Otago Land Registry, of that piece of closed road first described in the Second Schedule of the aforesaid Notice and of those pieces of land first and sixthly described in the Third Schedule of the said Notice, taken for the purposes of subsection 6 of section 29.

Licensing the Golden Bay Cement Co. Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Tarakohe, Golden Bay

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Golden Bay Cement Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Tarakohe, Golden Bay, as shown on plans marked M.D. 3470, 9121, and 12817 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1966.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20).

The Traffic (Te Awamutu Borough) Notice 1968

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Te Awamutu Borough) Notice 1968.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 10th day of April 1963† which relates to roads in Te Awamutu Borough is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Te Awamutu Borough:

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the northern boundary of Te Awamutu Borough to a point 2 chains measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Wainui Avenue).

Hairini Road (from the eastern boundary of Te Awamutu Borough to a point 48 chains measured westerly generally along the said road from the said boundary).

Te Rahu Road (from the north-eastern boundary of Te Awamutu Borough to a point 26 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the said boundary).

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Mount Albert Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
