Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Vesting a Reserve in Greymouth Borough Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Greymouth, in trust, for an aerodrome, subject to the terms of an agreement between her Majesty the Queen and the Greymouth Borough Council dated 21 December 1966, a copy of which is deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington as Westland Deed No. 168.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve
