PALMERSTON NORTH CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE Primary Sewage Treatment Plant Supplementary Loan 1967-$58,000 THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and its amendments, and all other powers in that behalf thereunto enabling it, the Palmerston North City Council doth hereby resolve as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of fifty-eight thousand dollars ($58,000), authorised to be raised by the Palmerston North City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the construction of a Primary Sewage Treatment Plant on land at Awapuni, the said Palmerston North City Council hereby makes a special rate of one hundred and fifty-six ten thousandths of a cent (.0156c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (upon the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the City of Palmerston North; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years, or until the loan is fully paid off." WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE Wellington City Renewal Loan No. 3, 1967 of $84,000 THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 4th day of December 1967: Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of eighty-four thousand dollars ($84,000) to be known as the Wellington City Renewal Loan No. 3, 1967 of $84,000, authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Transport Loan 1955-$1,888,000 and the Electricity Loan No. 2, 1957-$1,050,000 which mature on 1 February 1968, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought eight five (.0085) of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off." MARLBOROUGH HARBOUR BOARD RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Marlborough Harbour Board resolves as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $41,900, authorised to be raised by the Marlborough Harbour Board for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Harbour Development Loan No. 2, 1960, which matures on 1 December 1967, the Marlborough Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of 0.125d. in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the harbour district; and that the special rate shall be an annual- recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off." CITY OF MANUKAU RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE Roading Supplementary Loan 1967-$120,000 PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves as follows: "That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $120,000, authorised to be raised by the Manukau City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the purposes for which the Roading Loan 1966-$1,200,000 was raised within the City of Manukau, the said Manukau City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one seven cents (.017c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property of the City of Manukau; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
