DAVID STRANG LTD.

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 AND IN THE MATTER of DAVID STRANG LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 3rd day of November 1967 confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from $100,000.00 to $200.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 24th day of November 1967. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“Reduction of capital—THAT the capital of the company now consisting of $100,000 divided into 100,000 shares of $1.00 each on which there has been paid $1.00 per share be reduced to $200 divided into 200 shares of $1.00 each and that such reduction be effected by:

(a) Cancelling capital which has been lost or is unrepresented by available assets to the extent of 24.3326 cents per share upon each of the 99,800 shares listed in the Schedule below which have been issued and are now outstanding and by reducing the nominal amount of these 99,800 shares in the company's capital from $1.00 to 75.6674 cents per share; and by (b) Repaying to the holders of the said 99,800 shares the amounts of money set out beside their respective names in the Schedule below (this money being capital which is in excess of the wants of the company)

To the intent that the shareholders shall henceforth hold that number of shares set out beside their names in the Schedule below, each such share remaining at $1.00 in value and being fully paid for.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Allied Holdings Ltd., notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court at Wanganui dated 16th day of November 1967 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £5,900 to £2,000 ($4,000.00) and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 30th day of November 1967.
