thence south-easterly generally along the south-western and
southern boundaries of the said part Section 1, to the
Waitewhena Road; thence along a right line across that road
to and northerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections
4 and 2, Block X, Aria Survey District to and north-easterly
along the south-eastern boundary of Section 23, Block VI,
Aria Survey District, to the southern boundary of the Waitomo
County as described in Gazette, 1958, p. 1043; thence easterly
generally along the said southern boundary of the Waitomo
County to the south-western corner of Section 8, Block IV,
Aria Survey District; thence northerly and easterly along the
eastern and southern sides of Kakara Road, to and southerly
along the eastern boundary of the said Section 8, to and
easterly generally along the northern boundaries of Sections

Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Reporoa College
    Board of Governors Order 1967.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
    June 1968.
  2. The Reporoa College Board of Governors shall be
    constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the South Auckland
    Education Board;
    (b) Nine members elected by the parents of the pupils
    attending the school.

    Appointments, Extension of Date of Retirement, Transfer,
    and Retirement of Officers of the Royal New Zealand Air
    Force
    PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force
    Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government
    has been pleased to approve the following appointments,
    extension of date of retirement, transfer, and retirements of
    officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

    TECHNICAL BRANCH
    Retirement
    Engineer Division
    Flight Lieutenant John Dennis Burns (74624) is retired,
    with effect from 28 October 1967.
    CHAPLAINS BRANCH
    Appointment
    Flight Lieutenant the Rev. Ronald Eric Keyte (76046) is
    granted a short-service commission in the Chaplains Branch,
    Regular Air Force, for a period ending 30 August 1971, to
    be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers,
    with seniority and effect from 1 September 1967.
    TERRITORIAL AIR FORCE
    ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPLY BRANCH
    Extension of Date of Retirement
    Special Duties Division
    The age for retirement of Wing Commander Charles Henry
    Noel L'Estrange, M.A. (134222), is further extended until
    6 January 1969.
    RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS
    Appointment
    Flight Lieutenant Michael Eglesfield Daniell (73479) to be
    temporary Squadron Leader, with effect from 1 October 1967.
    Transfer
    Flight Lieutenant Bruce Tennent (75092) is transferred
    from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the
    Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period ending 26 October
    1971, with effect from 27 October 1967.
    Retirements
    The under-mentioned officers are retired, with effect from the
    dates shown:
    Flight Lieutenant Willem Frederik August Winckel (130849),
    3 November 1967.
    Flight Lieutenant (temp.) Kenric Clement Harvey Banfield
    (130342), 8 November 1967.
    AIR TRAINING CORPS
    Appointments
    Roland Stuart Robertson is granted a commission in the
    Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer for a period
    ending 6 November 1971, with seniority and effect from
    7 November 1967.
    Flying Officer the Rev. Michael Leonard Tomasi to be
    temporary Flight Lieutenant, with effect from 1 November

    REGULAR SECTION
    Appointments
    Eleanor Jean Campbell (83119) is granted a commission in
    the Women's Royal New Zealand Air Force for a period
    ending 29 October 1970, in the rank of Flight Officer, with
    seniority and effect from 30 October 1967.
    Susan Jean Mary Ellis (81980) is granted a commission in
    the Women's Royal New Zealand Air Force for a period
    ending 16 October 1970, in the rank of Assistant Section
    Officer, with seniority and effect from 17 October 1967.

    Relinquishment
    Air Commodore Douglas Fitzclarence St. George, d.f.c.,
    a.f.c., p.s.c., relinquishes the appointment of Air Officer
    Commanding, RNZAF Training Group, Christchurch, with
    effect from 14 November 1967.
