A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a refuse tip and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Clifton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1967.

Defining the Middle Line of a Further Portion of the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, City of Tauranga and County of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a further portion of the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 21675 (S.O. 44125) referred to in the said Schedule.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamations dated the 5th day of July 1920 and published in Gazette, 8 July 1920, Volume II, page 2119, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition, under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
