IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 AND IN THE MATTER
of RICHMOND STORES LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 27th day of October 1967, presented to the said Court by
H. W. MOSS LTD., a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at 89 Thorndon Quay, Wellington, and carrying
on business as wholesale merchants, and that the said petition
is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington
on the 15th day of November 1967, at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon, and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTE—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing

the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles of the
office of the Supreme Court at Wellington, and must be signed
by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and
must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient
time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service
not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 14th day of
November 1967.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership formerly carried
on under the name of Time Photography, at 316 Broadway,
Newmarket, Auckland, by Michael Felton Hardisty and
Malcolm Richard Squires, is dissolved as from 17 October
1967, and that the business will be carried on by the said
Malcolm Richard Squires.

BOROUGH OF RANGIORA

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Rangiora propose to take,
pursuant to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with all
improvements thereon, for the use, convenience, or enjoyment
of a street within the Borough of Rangiora. Every person
affected by the proposed taking or by the proposed work is
hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may
wish to make, not being an objection to the amount or payment
of compensation, and to send the written objection, within 40
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town
Clerk, Rangiora Borough Council, High Street, Rangiora
(postal address, P.O. Box 102, Rangiora), where a plan of
the said land may be inspected, free of charge, between the
hours 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays inclusive. If
any such notice of objection is received a public hearing
of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise
requires and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land situated in the Borough of Rangiora
containing 3.4 perches, more or less, being part Lot 6, Block II,
on Deposited Plan 2570, part of Rural Section 980, and being
part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 277, folio 268,
Canterbury Registry; the said land being an area on the
east side of White Street, Rangiora, about 2 chains north
of the intersection of White and Blackett Streets, Rangiora.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice
is hereby given by the Otorohanga County Council that it is
proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take for road the portion of land described in the
Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby further given that a
plan showing the said piece of land is on view and open for
inspection at the office of the Council at the address set out below
during ordinary business hours, and that every person affected
by the taking of the said piece of land should set forth in
writing any objection he may wish to make, not being an
objection to the amount of compensation, and send the
written objection within 40 days from the first publication
of this notice to the County Clerk, Otorohanga County
Council, Council Chambers, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga.

TAUPO BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Taupo Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take for purposes of part of a service lane the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, for purposes of part of
an access way the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and for purposes of an electrical sub-station site the
land described in the Third Schedule hereto. A plan showing
the lands proposed to be taken is available for public
inspection at the office of the Taupo Borough Council, Story
Lane, Taupo, during 40 days from the date of first publication
of this notice. All persons affected by the taking of the land
and having objections thereto are hereby called upon to set
forth their objections in writing and send the same to the
office of the Taupo Borough Council on or before the 12th day
of December 1967.

ALL that parcel of land containing four decimal four perches
(4.4 p.), being part Section 5, Block XIV, Town of Taupo,

ALL that parcel of land containing half a perch (0.5 p.), being
part Section 5, Block XIV, Town of Taupo, part certificate
of title, Volume 73, folio 253 (South Auckland Registry), as
the same is more particularly delineated in Survey Office Plan
43795, and thereon both coloured yellow, and edged in yellow.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that is is proposed, under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain
public work, namely, the construction of a road and for
the purposes of that public work the land described in the
Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby
further given that the plan of the land so required to be
taken is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County
Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is
there open for inspection.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any objections to the execution of the said public work or
the taking of the said land, not being objections to the
