Land Taken for Road in Block V, North Molyneux Survey District, Bruce County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1967.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 39.6 perches situated in Block V, North Molyneux Survey District, being part Sections 1 and 2. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21578 (S.O. 13156) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1967.

Land Taken for an Electricity Substation in the City of Wellington

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electricity substation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1967.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0.5 perches situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 23091, being part Section 12, Watts Peninsula District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21567 (S.O. 26346) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Stratford Substation).

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 98 acres 2 roods 15 perches situated in Block II, Ngaere Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 7012, being part Sections 13, 103, and 104, Block II, Ngaere Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 182, folio 1, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of October 1967.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District, Borough of Taumarunui

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District, South Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21581 (S.O. 43422) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
