thence westerly along the said thirty-ninth parallel to a point
in line with the western boundary of Block XVI, Waro Survey
District; thence northerly along a right line to and along the
western boundary of the aforesaid Block XVI, Waro Survey
District, to the Confiscation boundary line; thence along that
line to the middle of the Tangarakau Stream; thence generally
northerly up the middle of that stream and the Waitaanga
Stream to a point in line with the middle of a stream near
the southern boundary of Section 2, Block VII, Waro Survey
District; thence generally westerly to and up the middle of
that stream to and along the northern side of the Kotare
Road and the southern boundaries of Section 1, Block VII,
and Section 3, Block VI, Waro Survey District, to the south-
western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence generally
northerly along the western boundaries of Sections 3, 4, 5,
and 6, Block VI, Waro Survey District, to the north-western
corner of the said Section 6; thence easterly along the northern
boundary of the said Section 6 to the Mohakatino Road;
thence northerly along the western side of the Mohakatino
Road to the middle of the Mangaone Stream and down the
middle of the said stream to the point nearest the source of
a stream intersecting the Mohakatino-Parininihi 1b East Block;

westernmost corner of Subdivision 1 of Section 1, Block III,

Stream and north-easterly along the north-western boundary
of Section 7, Block III, Waro Survey District to Tawhitiraupeka
Trig. Station; thence generally northerly along the western
boundary of the Mokau-Mohakatino 1H Block and its pro-
duction to the middle of the Mokau River; thence up the
middle of that river to its confluence with the Panirau Stream;
thence up the middle of the Panirau Stream to the western
boundary of Aria Survey District; thence northerly along that
boundary to the south-western corner of Section 11, Block V,
Aria Survey District; thence easterly and northerly along the
southern and eastern boundaries of the said Section 11 to
the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V, Aria Survey

(Taranaki Land Registry), being a point on the southern
boundary of Block XIII, Mapara Survey District; thence
easterly along the southern boundaries of Blocks XIII and
XIV, Mapara Survey District, and northerly along the eastern
boundary of the said Block XIV to and easterly along the
northern boundary of Subdivision 1 of Section 2, Block III,
Pahi Survey District, northerly along the western boundary

the Town District of Manunui as described in Gazette, 1921,

Reserve Bank of New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand
Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the
Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that, as at the close
of business on Friday, 20 October 1967, and until further
notice, balances to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by
each trading bank shall be equal to an amount which, when
added to that bank’s holdings of Reserve Bank notes, as
disclosed in that bank’s latest available weekly return of
banking statistics under the Statistics Act 1955, will be not
less than the aggregate of: 11 percent of that bank’s demand
deposits in New Zealand, plus 3 percent of that bank’s time
deposits in New Zealand as shown in the last preceding
monthly return furnished by that bank in accordance with
section 31 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.
