Waikato Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 7
WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First
Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, and it is desired to vary the same.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Waikato Development
Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 7. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act -

The Road Classification (Mount Maunganui Borough) Notice
1967
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Mount
Maunganui Borough) Notice 1967. - The Mount Maunganui Borough Council's proposed
classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto
is hereby approved. - The Warrant dated the 15th day of December 1958†,
which relates to the classification of the roads described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Aerodrome Road, Hewletts Road, Hull Road, Mark Road,

The Traffic (Onehunga Borough) Notice 1967
PURSUANT to regulation 128 (2) of the Traffic Regulations
1956 (as added by regulation 28 of the Traffic Regulations
1956, Amendment No. 15), the Commissioner of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Onehunga
Borough) Notice 1967. - The Commissioner of Transport hereby approves the
erectiun by means of suspension above the roadway from
overhead wires of traffic signs of Class H, indicating that the
turning of vehicles on a roadway from facing or travelling
in one direction to facing or travelling in the opposite
direction is prohibited in the following place in Onehunga
Borough; Queen Street (from Princes Street to Grey Street).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-

(Waikato County) Notice 1967. - The Waikato County Council's proposed classification
of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. - So much of the Warrant dated the 1st day of June 1950†
as relates to the classification of the road described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
