Easement Over Land Taken for Portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (Portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in Block XV, Akatarawa Survey District

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement is hereby taken for portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of the Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) over land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water along, under, or over the said land described in the said Schedule, and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land described in the said Schedule, such easement to be appurtenant to the land in Proclamation No. 525685, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, all that portion of the subsoil of the land described in the Schedule hereto situated below a level of 123.6 feet above mean sea level, is hereby taken for the construction of a tunnel for the purposes of the Auckland-Westfield Deviation of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway from and after the 30th day of October 1967.

Declaration That Part of the Karitane Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Waikouaiti County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Karitane Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikouaiti, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Kimbolton Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Land hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for public buildings to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Kimbolton Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
