HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a Wahitapu for the common use and benefit of the people of the Maori race.

   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The company known as the Hamilton Milk Producers Co. Ltd., is hereby approved as the supply association for the Morrinsville Milk District as constituted by the Morrinsville Milk District Order 1963*.

The company known as the New Plymouth Town Milk Co-operative Ltd., is hereby approved as the supply association for the New Plymouth Milk District as constituted by the New Plymouth Milk District Order 1962*, and Waitara and Inglewood Milk Marketing Districts as described in the First Schedule of the Milk Marketing Order 1962†.
