Land Taken in the City of Upper Hutt in Connection With a Town Hall, and Public Offices, Library, Music Hall, Dance and Sports Hall and/or Gymnasium, and Other Amenities to be Provided Pursuant to the Operative District Town Planning Scheme of the Council

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken in connection with a town hall, and public offices, library, music hall, dance and sports hall, and/or gymnasium, and other amenities to be provided pursuant to the operative district town planning scheme of the Council: and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Upper Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1967.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 2.5 perches situated in the City of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., and being Lots 110, 111, 12, 113, and 114, D.P. 1336. All certificate of title, Volume 143, folio 171, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of October 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 9.4} Parts Allotments 75, Te Rapa Parish; coloured
0 0 36.2} yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
6 1 28.5 Part Allotments 54, 56, and 75, Te Rapa Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20990 (S.O. 43059) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
