HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waihemo County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block VII, Moeraki Survey District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods and 9.5 perches situated in Block VII, Otanake Survey District, adjoining or passing through Pukenui 2r 2 and 2r 1 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.O.W. 348 (S.O. 39948) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lane described in the First Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, and be under the control and management of the Porirua City Council and also hereby orders and declares that the accessway described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, and be under the control and management of the Porirua City Council.

Authorising the Construction of a Further Portion of the Hamilton Eastern By-pass Motorway in the City of Hamilton and the County of Waikato

THE HON. N. L. SHELTON, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the National Roads Board and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a further portion of the motorway to be known as the Hamilton Eastern By-pass Motorway, commencing at a point on the No. 1 State Highway approximately 19 chains north of Pukete Road in the City of Hamilton, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1Β½ miles, and thence in a south-easterly and then southerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 5 miles, and terminating at the Hamilton City Boundary near Hungerford Crescent, being the point of commencement of that part of the said motorway authorised by the Order in Council, dated the 10th day of July 1963, and published in Gazette, 11 July 1963, Vol. II, page 941.
