Declaring an Area in the Auckland Acclimatisation District
to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Auckland Acclimatisation District, for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICTโRODNEY COUNTY
SECTION 8s, Streamlands Settlement, situated in Blocks VI and X, Mahurangi Survey District: Area, 357 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 745, folio 160 (S.O. Plan 24107).
As the same is more particularly shown on a plan marked I.A. 46/29/446 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of October 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 35 of the Finance Act (No.2) 1945, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland from and after the 16th day of October 1967.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12 perches situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 11673. All certificate of title, Volume 1065, folio 203, North Auckland Land Registry.
