THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

“That, for the purpose of providing annual charges on a special loan of one hundred and eighty thousand dollars ($180,000), authorised to be raised by the Taupo County Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of erecting, furnishing, and equipping new offices, and known as the Taupo County Council County Offices Loan 1967, the said Taupo County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.18 cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all the rateable land within the County of Taupo, and that the said special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said special loan and be payable half yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the said special loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the said special loan is fully paid off.”

Notice of Application for Consent to Specified Departure
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by Alexander Alfred Boyce for consent to a specified departure from the operative district scheme of the Borough of Henderson, in that the applicant wishes to use the below described land for the purposes of professional and commercial offices.
The property is at No. 16 Catherine Street, Henderson, and is located in the Industrial zone.
The legal description of the land is all that piece of land containing 32 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 35973, and being part Allotment 7, Parish of Waipareira, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 990, folio 128 (North Auckland Registry).
The application may be examined at the office of the Henderson Borough Council, Thomas Street, Henderson, during normal office hours and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing delivered to the Town Clerk, Henderson Borough Council, Thomas Street, Henderson, not later than 4 p.m., on the 27th day of October 1967.
Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of his objection.

LOST STOCK CERTIFICATE

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of original certificate No. 8269 issued in the name of George Lawrence Pitcaithly, of 47 St. Albans Street, Christchurch 1, and the said George Lawrence Pitcaithly has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within 30 days from the date hereof there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.
