SYDENHAM

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Heathcote River in line with the middle line of Waltham Road, being a point on the generally southern boundary of the Electoral District of Christchurch Central, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-westerly up the middle of the Heathcote River and the middle of the Cashmere Stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 12061; thence north-westerly to and along that south-western boundary and the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 17148, and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Cashmere Road, being a point on the generally eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Wigram, hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that generally eastern boundary, to and generally easterly along the generally southern boundaries of the Electoral Districts of Riccarton and Christchurch Central, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

LYTTELTON

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in line with the north-eastern boundary of the land contained in C.T.430/216, being the land described in Section 108 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act 1919, being a point on the southern boundary of the Electoral District of Avon, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-easterly, southerly, and westerly along the sea coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to the middle of the former outlet of Lake Ellesmere (east of Maori Reserve 878); thence north-easterly along a right line to the middle of the mouth of the Halswell River on the northern shore of Lake Ellesmere, being a point on the eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Wigram, hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that eastern boundary, to and generally easterly along the generally southern boundaries of the Electoral Districts of Sydenham, Christchurch Central, and Avon, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement; and including the Chatham Islands.
