All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the inner harbour on the sea coast, and proceeding easterly and southerly along the sea coast to a point in line with the northern side of Ellison Street, thence westerly to and along that roadside, crossing the Marine Parade, to the western side of the Wellington-Napier Railway; thence southerly across Ellison Street to and along the western side of the said railway to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 6396; thence westerly to and along the northern boundaries of Lot 10 aforesaid and Lot 9, D.P. 6396, crossing Te Awa Avenue, to the eastern boundary of a drain reserve; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of that drain reserve and Lots 5 and 4, D.P. 6396, to the north-eastern corner of the said Lot 4; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 6396, to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 7354; thence generally south-westerly along that south-eastern boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 6396; thence north-westerly along that boundary to and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 7, crossing the intervening Geddis Avenue and Barnard Avenue, to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 6396; thence north-westerly along that boundary to and south-westerly along the south-eastern side of Bledisloe Road to and southerly along the eastern side of Riverbend Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 493; thence westerly across Riverbend Road to and along the southern boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid and its production for a distance of approximately 4 chains to intersect a right line bearing 20° 30′, as described in the Second Schedule of the Napier Harbour and Napier Borough Enabling Act 1945; thence southerly along that right line bearing 200° 30′ for a distance of 1,970 links, approximately, to a point on the northern boundary of Suburban Section 69, Meeanee; thence westerly along the northern boundary of Suburban Section 69, Meeanee, the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4206, the northern boundaries of Suburban Section 68, Meeanee, and a Crown Grant road, to the middle of Kennedy Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road and the middle of Taradale Road to and easterly along the middle of Waverley Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 16, D.P. 4918; thence southerly and westerly to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Lot 16 to the south-western corner thereof; thence westerly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Lot 14, D.P. 4918, and along the southern boundaries of Lots 14 and 13, D.P. 4918, to the south-western corner of the said Lot 13; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 9, 8, and 7, along a right line to the eastern-most corner of Lot 5, and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 5, 4, and 3, to and westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 3, 2, and 1, all the aforesaid lots being of D.P. 4918, to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 7396; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, and 3, along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 5, along the eastern boundaries of Lots 5, 6, and 7, all the aforesaid lots being of D.P. 7396, and along a line parallel to Guppy Road to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, 8508; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8508, to and generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 2, 3, and 5, D.P. 8508, and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 8480, to the eastern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 8480; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 2, Lot 3, D.P. 1639, and Lot 3, D.P. 7597, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Burness Road; thence westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 7270; thence southerly to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 3 aforesaid, and the eastern boundaries of Lot 6, D.P. 7270, Lot 2, D.P. 7214, part Suburban Section 37, Meeanee, as shown on D.P. 3015, Lots 3 and 1, D.P. 8657, part Lot 1, D.P. 8009, Lot 2, D.P. 8889, and part Lot 2, D.P. 8009, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the northern boundary of another part Suburban Section 37, Meeanee; thence westerly along that northern boundary aforesaid to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 5380; thence southerly to and along the eastern boundaries of Lot 1 aforesaid and Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7, D.P. 5380, along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 8003, and along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 1, and along a line parallel to Guppy Road to the middle line of Meeanee Road; thence westerly along the middle line of that road to and southerly along the middle of Guppy Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 7758; thence westerly to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 10 aforesaid and of Lot 11, D.P. 7758, to and southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 7631, and Lots 7, 8, and 9, Deeds Plan 418, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 9 aforesaid, the abutment of King Street, and the southern boundary of Lot 16, Deeds plan 418 to the eastern boundary of Lot 6, Deeds Plan 17; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lot 6 aforesaid, and Lots 5 and 4, Deeds Plan 17, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of a public road; thence generally westerly along the middle of that public road to and north-westerly along the middle of another public road forming the north-eastern boundary of Suburban Section 83, Meeanee, to the middle of Gloucester Street; thence north-easterly along the middle of that street to and generally north-westerly along the middle of O’Dowd Road and its production to the eastern boundary of Lot 3, Deeds Plan 325; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 3 aforesaid to the middle line of Dolbel Street; thence south-easterly along the middle of that street to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 10267; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary and the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 10267, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Puketapu Road; thence northerly along that right line and another right line bearing 37° 30′ for a distance of 1,400 links to a point in the middle of a drain adjacent to the south-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 5, D.P. 6562, and shown on S.O. Plan 2252; thence north-westerly along the middle of that drain to the middle of a private road shown on the aforesaid S.O.
