THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Waiuku Borough Council, to reclaim from Manukau Harbour an area of foreshore measuring one acre and twenty perches, more or less, as shown coloured yellow on plan M.D. 12600 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being land vested in Auckland Harbour Board by virtue of the Manukau Harbour Control Act 1911.

Amending the Limits of the Port of Auckland

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Warrant of 28 November 1958, published in the Gazette of 4 December 1958, page 1748, defining the limits of the Port or Harbour of Auckland, by inserting in the first line of the Schedule after the word “water”, the words “excluding thereout the waters of Otara Creek eastwards of the weir shown on the plan marked M.D. 12604”.

The Franklin Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Franklin Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967.

  2. Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Franklin Electric Power Board hereinafter referred to as the licensee) is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines and to construct electric works within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto.

  3. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  4. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence: provided that the licensee shall not by virtue of this clause be required, except in the normal course of alteration, repair or maintenance, to reconstruct, in conformity with the regulations hereinbefore mentioned, any electrical line or work which conformed to the regulations in force at the time of the construction thereof and has not become a hazardous line as described in the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967.

  5. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967.

  6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 29th day of June 1988.

SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY

THE Franklin Electric Power District as defined in the Third Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 25th day of July 1939, and published in the Gazette on the 27th day of the same month at page 2042, altering the boundaries of the Central Waikato and Franklin Electric Power Districts.

The King Country Electric Power District Boundary Order 1967

PURSUANT to section 5A of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 (as inserted by section 3 of the Electric Power Boards Amendment Act 1963), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the King Country Electric Power District Boundary Order 1967.

  2. The boundaries of the King Country Electric Power District are hereby altered so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District comprising portion of the County of Waimarino, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Section 3, Block VI, Manganui Survey District, and proceeding generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 3 aforesaid, the generally eastern boundaries of Sections 13 and 14, Block IX, Manganui Survey District, and Lot 2 D.P. 14266, to a point due north of the westernmost corner of the south-western part of Section 20, Block X, Mangarui Survey District; thence due south to the middle of the Manganioteao River; thence generally westerly along the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 5, Block IX, Mangarui Survey District, to and along that boundary, the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 3, 4, and 5, Block XII, Whirinaki Survey District, the north-eastern boundary of Section 9, Block XV, Whirinaki Survey District, its production across Murumuru Road, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 6, Block XV, aforesaid, and along the north-western boundary of the said Section 6 to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Block X, Whirinaki Survey District; thence due north to and along that boundary to the south-western boundary of Section 2, Block XI, Whirinaki Survey District; thence north-westerly along that boundary to and westerly along the northern boundary of Block X, Whirinaki Survey District, to the north-western boundary of Waimarino 5A 3; thence generally south-westerly along that boundary, the north-western boundaries of Section 1, Block X, Whirinaki Survey District, and Waimarino 5B 1A, the north-western and south-western boundaries of Waimarino 5B 1A and the north-western boundary of Waimarino 5B 5 and its production to the middle of the Wanganui River; thence generally westerly, northerly, and easterly along the boundaries of the County of Waimarino as described in Gazette, 1953, page 535, to the point of commencement; as the area is shown on a plan marked N.Z.E.D. No. 732 deposited as aforesaid, and thereon outlined in red.

  1. This order may be cited as the Marlborough Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1966, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Marlborough Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1966* (hereinafter referred to as the “principal order”).
