SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Wairoa County, situated in Block IX, Waitara Survey District, containing 4,805 acres approximately, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Mohaka River and the Te Hoe River, and proceeding up the middle of the Te Hoe River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Waitara Survey District; thence to, and easterly along, that boundary and south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of that section, and its production, to and up the Mohaka River to the point of commencement; as the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 742 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in yellow.

HAWKE’S BAY ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District comprising parts of the Counties of Hawke’s Bay, Patangata, Taupo, Waipawa, and Wairoa, the Cities of Napier and Hastings, and the Boroughs of Taradale and Havelock North, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea-coast in line with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 3216, in Block III, Waimarama Survey District, and proceeding westerly and then southerly along the northern and western boundaries of that lot, to and westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3215, to the eastern boundary of Section 46, Block VII, Oero Survey District; thence northerly along the last-mentioned boundary, the crossing of Waipoapoa Road, and the eastern boundaries of Sections 7, 6, 5, and 4, all Block III, Oero Survey District; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section and its production to the middle of the Hawea Stream, including the crossing of the Otane-Tukituki via Elsthorpe Road; thence down the middle of that stream, to and up the middle of the Tukituki River, to and up the middle of the Papanui Stream to the middle of Waitukai Road; thence north-easterly generally along the middle of that road to and westerly and northerly generally along the middle of Papanui-te-Aute Road and Boundary Road, to a point in line with the western side of the Wellington-Napier Railway; thence northerly to and along that side of the said railway to the southern boundary of Papaaruhe 2B Block; thence westerly along that boundary and the southern boundary of Papaaruhe 2A Block, to and northerly along the western boundary of that block to the north-eastern boundary of Papaaruhe 4A Block; thence north-westerly along that north-eastern boundary and its production to the middle of No. 2 State Highway; thence southerly along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Papaaruhe 4b Block; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary, and southerly along the western boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Poupoutahi c Block; thence north-westerly along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Poupoutahi d 2 Block; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that block to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 29, D.P. 4416; thence north-westerly along that boundary and the north-eastern boundaries of Section 1, Block XV, and Section 1, Block XIV, both Maraekakaho Survey District, including the crossing of the Onepu Road to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned Section 1; thence north-westerly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Mangaonuku Stream in line with the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block X, Maraekakaho Survey District; thence up the middle of that stream to the middle of No. 50 State Highway, as defined on S.O. Plan 1890 red, in Block V, Maraekakaho Survey District; thence north-easterly along the middle of that highway to and again up the middle of the aforementioned stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Block 3, Gwavas Crown Grant District in Block IV, Wakarara Survey District; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that block, and Blocks 1 and 5, and again 1, all Gwavas Crown Grant District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Mangamauku Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to its intersection with the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Wakarara Survey District, and north-westerly along that boundary to the northernmost point of the said Section 1; thence again north-westerly along a right line to the junction of the Makaroro River and the Makaroro Stream (east of Section 8, Block IX, Wakarara Survey District) and along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station 30 (Aorangi) to the summit of the Ruahine Ranges; thence northerly generally along the summit of that range to Trig. Station Y on the western boundary of Block XVIII, Ngaruroro Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Taruarau River in Block II, Ngaruroro Survey District, in line with the south-western boundary of Block 78, Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; thence down the middle of that river to and up the middle of the Ngaruroro River to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Stations 26 (Tauwheketewhango) and 65A; thence easterly along that right line to Trig. Station 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line through Trig. Station 68A to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of the Wharetoto Block; thence easterly to and along that boundary and northerly along the eastern boundary of that block to its
intersection with the southern boundary of Block IX, Tarawera Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary and approximately 10 chains along the southern boundary of Block X, Tarawera Survey District to its intersection with a tributary of the Toropapa Stream, as shown on M.L. Plan 1404; thence north-easterly down that tributary to the south-western boundary of Tarawera 10A; thence north-westerly and easterly generally along the south-western, north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Tarawera 10A, including the crossing of the Omarowa Roadway, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Tarawera No. 8, to and along the north-western side of the Kowaro Roadway and the north-western side of the Old Taupo Road to a point in line with the southern side of a roadway in Tarawera 5A, to and along the southern side of that roadway and its production to the middle of the Waipunga River; thence down the middle of that river to and down the middle of the Mohaka River to its intersection with the Te Hoe River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Waitara Survey District; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary to the northernmost corner of Section 1; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 1 and its production to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Section 6, Block V, Waitara Survey District; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XI, Waitara Survey District, to and down the middle of the Waikare River to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Block 51, Mohaka Crown Grant District; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary to its northernmost point, including the crossing of No. 2 State Highway; thence easterly generally along the northern boundary of the said Block 51, the southern boundaries of Lots 6 and 8, D.P. 10213, and again the northern boundary of the aforementioned Block 51, to the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block III, Moeangiangi Survey District; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 1, to the northernmost point of Lot 2, D.P. 4021; thence south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of that lot, Lot 2, Lot 6, and again Lot 2, both D.P. 4020 to the right bank of the Waitaha Stream; thence down that bank to the sea-coast, and southerly generally along the coast to the point of commencement; as the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. KING COUNTRY ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Taranaki, South Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, and Wellington Land Districts, comprising the Town Districts of Ohura and Manunui, portion of the Borough of Taumarunui and portions of the Counties of Taumarunui, Taupo, Hawke’s Bay, and Waimarino, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle lines of the Panirau Stream and the Mokau River, and proceeding up the middle of the Panirau Stream to the western boundary of Aria Survey District; thence northerly along that boundary to the south-western corner of Subdivision 2 of Section 11, Block V, Aria Survey District; thence easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern boundaries of the said Subdivision 2 of Section 11, to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V, Aria Survey District; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of the said Section 2 and Lot 1, D.P. 8793 (Taranaki Land Registry), and southerly and easterly along the western and southern boundaries of Section 8 of the said Block V, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the eastern side of the Waitewhena Road; thence northerly along the eastern side of that road to the southern boundary of Section 15, Block VI, Aria Survey District; thence generally easterly to and along the southern boundaries of Sections 15 and 6, Block VI, Aria Survey District; thence generally southerly along the western boundary of Section 9, Block VI, Aria Survey District, to the southern boundary of the said Block VI; thence generally easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern boundaries of Block VI aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of Subdivision 3 of Section 16 of the said Block VI; thence south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Subdivision 2 of Section 2, Block VII, Aria Survey District, to the western side of Pirere Road; thence southerly along the western side of that road to a point in line with the generally northern boundary of Section 6, Block VII, Aria Survey District; thence generally easterly to and along that boundary and its production, to and along the eastern side of the Ohura-Mokau Road to the north-western boundary of Section 8, Block VIII, Aria Survey District; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of the said Section 8 and Section 9 to the northern boundary of Block VIII, Aria Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary to the western boundary of Tangitu Survey District; thence northerly along that boundary to the northern boundary of Section 9, Block V, Tangitu Survey District; thence generally easterly along the northern boundaries of Sections 9, 10, 1, and 21, all of Block V aforesaid, to and along the northern boundary of part Section 7, Block VI, Tangitu Survey District, to and along the southern boundaries of Blocks II and III of the said Survey District to the middle of the Ongarue River; thence up the middle of that river
