WHEREAS application for registration as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in all that piece of land situated in the part Lot 4A on Deposited Plan 3500, being part Allotment 1, City of Hamilton, containing 16 perches, more or less, being Te Rapa Parish, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 265, South Auckland Registry, has been made to me by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton, in a memorandum of transmission, No. S. 366276, notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, of my intention to register the same without the production of the duplicate original of certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 265, on the expiration of 14 days from the date of this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 26 (Wellington Registry), in the name of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Wellington, being the registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 15 perches, being part Section 6, Ohakune Village, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 26, and application 697689 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 568, folios 2 and 3 (Wellington Registry), in the name of William Gleeson, of Feilding, hotel keeper, and his wife, Myrtle Iris Doreen Gleeson, being the registered proprietors of an estate in fee simple; firstly, 2 roods situate in the Borough of Feilding, being part of subdivision “A” of the Manchester Block, being Lots 302 and 303 on Deposited Plan No. 19, and being the whole of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 568, folio 2, and secondly, 1 rood 23.3 perches situate in the Borough of Feilding, being part of subdivision “A” of the Manchester Block, being Lot 287 and part of Lot 288 on Deposited Plan 19, and being the whole of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 568, folio 3 (both Wellington Registry): and application 697866 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

ALTERATION OF NAME

I hereby given notice, pursuant to the power conferred upon me by the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that, by an alteration to the rules of Canterbury Athletic Clubs’ Protection Association Incorporated, duly authorised by the members thereof, the name of Canterbury Athletic Clubs’ Protection Association Incorporated was altered to New Zealand Sports Clubs’ Protection Association Incorporated, as from 12 December 1966.
