EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of mortgage 356395, whereof William Edwin Harvie, of Auckland, builder, is the mortgagor, and the National Bank of New Zealand Ltd. is the mortgagee, affecting 32.4 perches, more or less, being Lot 13 of a subdivision of part of Fairburn’s Grant 269A, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 556, folio 90 (North Auckland Registry), having been lodged with me, together with an application (A. 199418) for the issue of a provisional copy of the said mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
