PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Raglan County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 25th day of January 1967

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Tarata Road, situated in Block III, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the most westerly corner of Section 4 of the aforesaid Block III, Marotiri Survey District, thence proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 140 chains, and terminating at the north-eastern corner of Section 9 of the aforesaid Block III, Marotiri Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 20956 (S.O. 42518) and M.O.W. 20957 (S.O. 42312) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B and B–C respectively.
Also all that portion of Marotiri Road, situated in Block III, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 9 of the aforesaid Block III, Marotiri Survey District, thence proceeding in a southerly direction for approximately 14 chains along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 9, Block III, Marotiri Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20957 (S.O. 42312) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked C–D.

Exempting Land in the Westland Land District From the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land containing 32.8 perches, more or less, being Lot 46, on Deposited Plan 86, of the Township of Blackball, and being part of Section 3, Block II, Mawheranui Survey District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 28, folio 92 (Westland Registry); save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals and metals, and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals, a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 25th day of January 1967.

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 23.6 perches, more or less, being Lot 33 and part Lot 62, Deeds Plan W15, being part Allotment 50, Whangarei Parish, situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, and contained in part certificate of title, Volume 538, folio 189 (mines and minerals).
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 25th day of January 1967.
