NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A plan showing the land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well grounded objections to the above-mentioned proposal are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing, and to lodge the same in the office of the County Council, on or before Monday, 23 October 1967.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road and severance the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
