BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the 18th day of September 1967.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 21463 (S.O. 44134), referred to in the said Schedule.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District on the south-east side of Rototuna School Road approximately 420 links south-west of the northernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. S. 11525, and proceeding generally south-east for a distance of approximately 30 chains passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, namely, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, D.P. S. 11525 (C.T. 554/163), situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Komakorau Survey District in the County of Waikato, and terminating at a point approximately 1380 links on a bearing of 34° 00′ from the south-west corner of Lot 5, D.P. S. 11525 aforesaid; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes rivers, streams, and watercourses. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21463 (S.O. 44134) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Caversham

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Dunedin City Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamations dated the 9th day of March 1925 and published in Gazette, 12 March 1925, Volume I, page 719, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition, under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
