Cancellation of the Vesting in the Malvern County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve


PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domain Act 1953, the Minis-
ter of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Malvern, and
revokes the reservation for gravel pit purposes over the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve

Changing the Name of a Scenic Reserve


PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minis-

Scenic Reserve described in the Schedules hereto to Pareora
River Scenic Reserve and Tasman Smith Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Parts of a Reserve

The Road Classification (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1967


PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the
following notice.


NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice 1967.
  2. The Hawke’s Bay County’s proposed classification of
    the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto, is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the Warrant dated the 2nd day of July
    1954†, as relates to the classification of the roads described
    in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class One
Elwood Road (from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-
Wellington via Gisborne) to the Tomoana Works entrance).
Omahu Road.
Whakatu Road, including Railway Road (from the No. 2

Road).
