Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Covenant and to a Sewerage Easement, for an Institution, Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925, in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a fencing covenant contained in Transfer No. 209791, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and to an easement in gross in respect of sewerage rights granted in and by Transfer No. 209790, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925, from and after the 11th day of September 1967.
