Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for mental hospital purposes (residence) from and after the 4th day of September 1967.

Revoking Foreshore Licence Granted to Wallace County Council for Extension to Pavilion at Mitchell’s Bay, Riverton Rocks

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on 27 January 1967*, to the Wallace County Council to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Mitchell’s Bay, Riverton Rocks, as a site for an extension to the beach pavilion, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12480, is revoked.
