CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 6th day of June 1967, and published in Gazette, No. 42, 29 June 1967, page 1113, declaring land acquired for a local work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, subject as to parts to a drainage easement and subject also to part to a right of way, for the description of the third area to the Schedule thereto which reads “Section 3, Block XXIV,” read “Section 3, Block XXV,” which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Housing for the Minister of Works.
Dated at Wellington this 25th day of July 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Being
304 2 16 Sections 5 and 9, Block VI, Totaranui Survey District, as the same are more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 5326, and thereon outlined red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of August 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1967.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 11.9 Part Section 49, Left Bank Wanganui River; coloured blue on plan.
0 2 30.3 Part land in Plan A/1176, being part Section 34, Left Bank Wanganui River; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21433 (S.O. 26755) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a sports ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Marton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of September 1967.
