Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and of Appointment of Liquidator
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of George Street Buildings Ltd., notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company made on the 18th day of August 1967, the following special resolution was passed:
"That the company go into voluntary liquidation as a members' winding-up, and that Mr Claude Whitney Evans be, and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 21st day of August 1967, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $44,000 to $22,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above Statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, on the 21st day of August 1967.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 18th day of August 1967, presented to the said Court by FAIRBROTHER CONSTRUCTION LTD. (in liquidation): AND that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at New Plymouth on the 1st day of September 1967, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei County Council proposes to take the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further given, that a plan of the piece of land required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said Council situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and is open for inspection without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such land who have any objections to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount of payment of compensation, must lodge their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo.
If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing. At any such hearing the objector shall be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, development and use of a reclamation area (proclaimed under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945) in the City of Auckland, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Office, Civic Administration Building, Auckland, and is open for public inspection without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Civic Administration Building, Auckland.
