Portion of a Public Reserve Set Apart for Road in Block IX, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 28th day of August 1967.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 7.9 perches situated in Block IX, Hautapu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 16; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21110 (S.O. 26611) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Amending Notice in Part Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Blocks VI and VII, Opiti Survey District, Kiwitea County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated 14 November 1966, published in Gazette, 19 January 1967, No. 2, page 41, by omitting therefrom the words : “that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence, Volume 457, folio 190, Wellington Land Registry, held by Peep-O-Day Ltd., of Palmerston North”; and substituting the words: “that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall be vested in John Hamilton Henson and Trevor James Henson, both of Sanson, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 683120”. And further amends the said notice by omitting the words: “subject to memorandum of mortgage Nos. 558234 and 560554, Wellington Land Registry” and substituting the words: “subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 558234 and 692267, Wellington Land Registry.”
