Result of Ballot Under National Military Service Act 1961
PURSUANT to section 10 (2) of the National Military Service Act 1961, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice that in a ballot pursuant to the above Act, covering persons born in the four-monthly period which commenced on 1 March 1947 and ended on 30 June 1947, the following dates of birth were drawn:
March 1, 3, 5, 7, 13, 26, 27;
April 1, 15, 19, 22, 25, 28;
May 6, 11, 12, 23, 24, 29, 31;
June 1, 3, 11, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25.
The persons whose birth dates, as recorded in their applications for registration, correspond with the dates drawn in the ballot are the persons liable to perform service and will later receive notices requiring them to report for medical examination.

PURSUANT to regulation 87 of the Construction Regulations 1961, relating to the certification of powder-powered tool operators, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice, that 1 December 1967 has been fixed as the date on and after which the provisions of the said regulation shall operate.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1967
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1967.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. - Goods of the class specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations.
- The exemption from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Second Schedule hereto included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule is hereby withdrawn.
