PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Point Chevalier, Waitemata Harbour, an area of 2 roods 21 perches, as shown edged sepia on plan marked M.D. 12623, deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being part of the land described in the Auckland Harbour Board Development Act 1949.

Authorising Ronan Hector Wall, of Foxton, Farmer, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Manawatu

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Ronan Hector Wall, of Foxton, Farmer (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
- The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (d) and (e) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.
DURATION OF LICENCE
- Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1988, or until a supply of electricity is available for the licensee from the Manawatu-Oroua Electric Power Board, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy of the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the Horowhenua Electric Power Board’s northern boundary of Section 5A 6B, and proceeding in a northerly direction to a transformer situated in Section 4C 5. All being situated in Block II, Mount Robinson Survey District, in the County of Manawatu; the said lines being more particularly shown by means of a broken red line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 740 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Declaring Road in the City of Manukau to be Under the Control and Management of the Manukau City Council

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Manukau City Council.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those triangular portions of road in the Manukau City situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, commencing at the north-westernmost boundary corner of Allotment 316, Manurewa Parish, thence bounded on the west by a line bearing 176° 02′ 20″ for a distance of 272.7 links and on the east by the westernmost boundaries of Allotments 316 to 324, Manurewa Parish, and terminating at the south-westernmost corner of the said Allotment 324, Manurewa Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21114 (S.O. 45092) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

The Pahi Cemetery Closing Order 1967

PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Pahi Cemetery Closing Order 1967.

It is hereby directed that the Pahi Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 31st day of March 1968.

As from the 31st day of March 1968 the control and management of the closed Pahi Cemetery shall vest in the Otamatea County Council.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre and 16 perches, more or less, being part Section 18, Suburbs of Pahi, situated in Block XV, Matakoe Survey District (S.O. Plan 45234).

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Kaimai Mining Order 1967.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- It is hereby declared that, from and after the commencement of this order, no mining privilege affecting the lands described in the Schedule to this order shall be granted without the written consent of the Minister of Mines.
