Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Rotorua Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the proclamation issued on the 8th day of September 1964*, declaring the area of land in the Rotorua Acclimatisation District, described in the Schedule hereto, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.

PATTERSONS LAGOON (part Lot 1, D.P. S. 7960, and part land on D.P. 21466, being part Allotment 9, Waimana Parish, situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, part certificate of title, Volume 1053, folio 129; and part land on D.P. 12744, being part Allotment 8, Waimana Parish, situated in Blocks I and II, Whakatane Survey District, part certificate of title, Volume 1053, folio 129; and part land on D.P. 12744, being part Allotment II, Waimana Parish, situated on Block II, Whakatane Survey District, part certificate of title, Volume 481, folio 119) : Area, 8 acres 3 roods, more or less.
As the same is more particularly shown on plan marked I.A. 46/29/399 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Pukekohe, from and after the 15th day of August 1967.

ALL that piece of land containing 6.2 perches situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District, Borough of Pukekohe, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 9823; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21286 (S.O. 44074) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Defining the Middle-line of the Glenbrook Railway in Block XIII, Drury Survey District, and Block XIII, Awhitu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the Glenbrook Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point in the Glenbrook Station Yard marked 8 miles on the existing railway between Paerata and Waiuku; proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction for a distance of 2 miles 76 chains and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, etc., viz:
Part Lot 2, D.P. 9522 (C.T. 302/275); Lot 1, D.P. 9522 (C.T. 229/141); Allotments 151 and 150, Parish of Waiuku East (C.T. 756/103); Allotment 149 and part Allotment 148, Parish of Waiuku East (C.T. 764/176); part Allotment 148 and part Allotment 147, Parish of Waiuku East (C.T. 764/175); Allotment H, Hamlin's Grant (Deeds Whau 30) (C.T. 755/209); Allotment 145, Parish of Waiuku East (C.T. 561/70); Lot 3, D.P. 50419 (C.T. 2062/83); Lot 4, D.P. 15771 (C.T. 646/247); Allotment 126 and part Allotment 156, Parish of Waiuku East (C.T. 766/216); and terminating at a point marked 2 miles 76 chains including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, streets, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.
All in the North Auckland Land District, Franklin County.
