TE AROHA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Waterworks Repayment Loan 1967
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Te Aroha Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £24,100 ($48,200), authorised to be raised by the Te Aroha Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the repayment on maturity of those portions of the Waterworks Extension Loan 1956, which mature on 1 October 1967 and 1 March 1968, the said Te Aroha Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two nine one nine three (.29193) cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Te Aroha on the basis of the unimproved value, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan payable yearly in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from the minutes of a meeting of the Te Aroha Borough Council held on the 31st day of July 1967.

RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Fire Appliance Loan, $8,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Rangitikei County Council held on the 13th day of July 1967:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loan Act 1956, the Rangitikei County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $8,000, authorised to be raised by the Rangitikei County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of purchasing a fire appliance, the said Rangitikei County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point one nine two cents in the dollar (.192 cents in the dollar) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Bulls Town Riding; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

TUAPEKA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION FOR MAKING OF SPECIAL SECURITY RATE
Rural Housing Loan 1967
“THAT a special rate of ½od. in the pound on the rateable capital value of the County of Tuapeka, be made and struck for the purposes of repaying interest and principal repayments on the Rural Housing Loan 1967, and this rate shall continue in force until the said Rural Housing Loan has been repaid in full.”

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription $6 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
