Producers’ Representatives on Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee in Southern Ward (Notice No. Ag. 10105)

PURSUANT to clauses 10 and 11 of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that only two persons having been duly nominated in the Southern Ward for election to the office of producers’ representative on the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, I do declare
Alan Stanley Bathgate, and
Len Simon Matsinger,
being the persons so nominated, to be duly elected as producers’ representatives in respect of the Southern Ward.

Election of Grower Representative on the Potato Board
———
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Potato Growing Industry Act 1950 and under the provisions of the Potato Board Election Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the roll of growers in the Northern Ward who are entitled to vote for a grower member on the Potato Board will be open for public inspection during ordinary office hours, for a period of 7 days from 16 August 1967, at the Head Office of the Board, Wellington, and at the offices of the Hawke’s Bay, Rangitikei, Manawatu, and the Wairarapa Potato Growers’ Associations.

Nomination forms may be had on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, P.O. Box 6376, Wellington.
Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer by not later than noon on the 6th day of September 1967.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that, as at the close of business on Friday, 28 July 1967, and until further notice, balances to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by each trading bank shall be equal to an amount which, when added to that bank’s holdings of Reserve Bank notes, as disclosed in that bank’s monthly return as at the close of business on 28 June 1967, furnished in accordance with section 31 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964, will be not less than the aggregate of: 10 per cent of that bank’s demand deposits in New Zealand plus 3 percent of that bank’s time deposits in New Zealand, as shown in the monthly return as at the close of business on 28 June 1967, furnished by that bank in accordance with section 31 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.
