Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway
in the Borough of Otahuhu

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of
the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the Minister of
Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton
Motorway.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches situated in Block
VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Otahuhu, North
Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 33172; as the

M.O.W. 21284 (S.O. 44749) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
