McCurdy”, who was the person named in the original document.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 31st day of July 1967.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Whangarei
Survey District, Whangarei County, North Auckland
R.D., described as follows:

0 0 14.4 Part Allotment 13, Village of Tamaterau; coloured
blue on plan.
0 0 0.7 Part Stream Bed; coloured red on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 21378 (S.O. 44653) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for
the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato
River Power Scheme).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of
the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961, I Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold
estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from
the Otago Harbour Board by the Otago Education Board under
and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 298818, recorded
in register books, Volume 205, folio 211, Volume 249, folio
281, and Volume 109, folio 211, Otago Land Registry, is
hereby taken for Broadcasting Purposes, and shall vest in the
New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation from and after the
31st day of July 1967.
