IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF HOPKINS AND KINGSMAN LTD. (in receivership):
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 19th day of June 1967, presented to the said Court by FOODSTUFFS (AUCKLAND) LTD., at Auckland, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 28th day of July 1967, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto. A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken is open for public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council, on or before the 31st day of August 1967.

MOUNT MAUNGANUI BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Housing Loan No. 4, 1967—$27,200
“THAT, for the purpose of providing security for interest and other charges on the loan of $27,200, authorised to be raised under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of erecting accommodation for old people, the Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.2175 cents in the dollar upon the rateable property in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Mount Maunganui Borough Council held on the 10th day of July 1967.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Improvements Loan 1967—$80,000
“THAT, for the purpose of providing security for interest and other charges on the loan of $80,000, authorised to be raised under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, for the purpose of purchasing land and constructing water filtration and treatment plant, the Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.875 cents in the dollar upon the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Mount Maunganui Borough Council held on the 10th day of July 1967.

OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan (No. 4), 1966—£30,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and its amendments, the Otamatea County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £30,000, authorised to be raised by the Otamatea County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Otamatea County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal two nought six (0.206) pence in the pound upon the rateable (unimproved) value of all rateable property in the County of Otamatea, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable in each and every year on the 1st day of April during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Otamatea County Council held on the 27th day of June 1967.
