Special Rates
CLASS A: On the unimproved value of all lands classified as Class A by the persons appointed to classify lands under section 3 of the Swamp Drainage Amendment Act 1928, nine cents and thirteen one-hundredths of a cent (9.13 cents) in the dollar.
Class B: On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class B, three cents and twenty one-hundredths of a cent (3.20 cents) in the dollar.
Class C: On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class C, one cent and thirty-seven one-hundredths of a cent (1.37 cents) in the dollar.

CLASS A: On the unimproved value of all lands classified as Class A by the persons appointed to classify lands under section 3 of the Swamp Drainage Amendment Act 1928, twenty cents and sixty-six one-hundredths of a cent (20.66 cents) in the dollar.
Class B: On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class B, seven cents and twenty-three one-hundredths of a cent (7.23 cents) in the dollar.
Class C: On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class C, three cents and ten one-hundredths of a cent (3.10 cents) in the dollar.
SIXTH SCHEDULE

Special Rate
CLASS A: On the unimproved value of lands classified as Class A by the person appointed to classify lands under section 3 of the Swamp Drainage Amendment Act 1928, thirty-six one-hundredths of a cent (0.36 cents) in the dollar.

Notice of Intention to Erect a Traffic Island at the Main Gates—RNZAF Base, Ohakea
It is hereby notified that for the purpose of road safety, the Royal New Zealand Air Force, as the road controlling authority concerned, intends to erect a traffic island at the main gates at the RNZAF Base, Ohakea.
The exact location of the traffic island appears on Ministry of Works plan reference N143/890.544, a copy of which is held in the Directorate of Works, RNZAF Headquarters, Wellington.

- The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and it is desired to vary the same:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Hokianga Development Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 6.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
- The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Nelson Hop Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 10099)
PURSUANT to clause (11) of the Schedule to the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, notice is hereby given that, the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of five producers' representatives on the Hop Marketing Committee, will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, and at Nelson; also at the following Post Offices, viz, Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, and Nelson.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 19 July 1967.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices, or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Nelson. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on 9 August 1967.
