Room 1, Winstone Building, Queen Street, Auckland, on
Thursday, 6 July 1967, at 11 a.m., at which meeting a full
statement of the position of the company's affairs together
with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their
claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting
the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act,
may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company, and
in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a
committee of inspection.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 21st day of June 1967, presented to the said Court by
ULLRICH INDUSTRIES LTD., a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Otahuhu, and carrying on
business there as a manufacturer of wire and steel products.
And that the said petition is directed to be heard before
the Court sitting at Auckland, on the 28th day of July 1967,
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or con-
tributory creditor of the said company desirous to support
or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for
that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by
the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge
for same.

ELTHAM COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan 1967, £10,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Eltham
County Council hereby resolve as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £10,000, authorised to be raised by the
Eltham County Council in the above-mentioned Act, for the
purpose of making further advances to farmers under the
Rural Housing Act 1939, the Eltham County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of point nought eight nought
nought five two five pence (0.0800525d.) of one penny in the
pound or decimal nought three three three cents (0.0333 cents)
in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the un-
improved value) of all rateable property in the County of
Eltham, and that such loan shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly from
the first day of April in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until
such loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
passed at a meeting of the Eltham County Council held on
Monday 26 June 1967.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1966, £4,000
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Eltham
County Council hereby resolve as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £4,000, authorised to be raised by the
Eltham County Council in the above-mentioned Act for the
purpose of the erection or alternatively purchase of a residence
for Council Staff, the Eltham County Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of point nought four six nought nought
one two pence (0.0460012d.) of one penny in the pound on the
rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of
all rateable property in the County of Eltham, and that such
loan shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of such loan and be payable yearly from the first day of
April in each and every year during the currency of such
loan, being a period of 10 years, or until such loan is fully
paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
passed at a meeting of the Eltham County Council held on
Wednesday 10 May 1967.

RANGITIKEI CATCHMENT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rangitikei River Control Scheme No. 2 Loan 1965, £93,000—
Second Portion £5,000 ($10,000)
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, and all other
powers and authorities it enabling, the Rangitikei Catchment
Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £5,000 ($10,000), being the second portion of the
Rangitikei River Control Scheme No. 2 Loan 1965, £93,000,
authorised to be raised by the Rangitikei Catchment Board
for the carrying out of the Rangitikei River Control Scheme
No. 2, to make and levy a special rate on a graduated scale
according to the Rangitikei River Control Scheme classification list of the said area, as follows:
0.141 pence in the pound on class A land
0.113 pence in the pound on class B land
0.084 pence in the pound on class C land
0.056 pence in the pound on class D land
0.028 pence in the pound on class E land
0.014 pence in the pound on class F land
and shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of the loan and be payable in one sum yearly on the 1st day
of August in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully
paid off.”
