WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Wanganui City Operative District Planning Scheme—Proposed Changes Under Section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to resolutions of the Wanganui City Council, made on the dates specified hereunder, proposed changes to the district scheme have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The proposed changes relate to the following matters:

47 12 June 1967 Deletion of part of proposed service lane in the block bounded by Guyton Street, Wilson Street, Ingestre Street, and Churton Street.
Copies of the proposed changes have been deposited in the City Engineer’s office, St. Hill Street, and the Alexander (Wanganui) Public Library, in accordance with section 22 (1) of the Act, and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public. Objections to the proposed changes, or to any part of any change shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 7 August 1967. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections, if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Notice of Application for Consent to Conditional Use
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by Bernard Ambrose Cotterell, of 166 Talbot Street, Geraldine, for consent to use his property to erect four holiday cabins and camping sites.
The property is situated at Nos. 1 and 3 Hislop Street, Geraldine, and is located in the residential zone.
The legal description of the lands is Lots 1 and 11, D.P. 16518.
The application may be examined at the office of Geraldine Borough Council, Talbot Street, Geraldine, during normal office hours, and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing, delivered to the Town Clerk, Geraldine Borough Council, Talbot Street, Geraldine, not later than 4 p.m. on Monday, 17 July 1967.
Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of his objection.

MINING ACT 1926
APPLICATION FOR WATER-RACE LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Luggate Game Packers Ltd., will apply to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell, at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, the 8th day of August 1967, for a licence for a water race, to divert 1 head of water from the Clutha River adjacent to Block VI, Tarras
Survey District, approximately three-quarters of a mile in a south-westerly direction from the Luggate-Hawea Flat Road Bridge over the Clutha River, then going through lands of M. J. Lindsay, A. W. Thomson, and Carter Merchants Ltd., terminating at the applicant’s factory on the Luggate-Hawea Road in Section 43, Block VI, Tarras District.
Objections must be filed in the office of the Mining Registrar, Cromwell, and notified to the applicant, whose address for service is at the office of Brent, Anderson, Lloyd, and Henderson, Solicitors, 18 Princes Street, Dunedin, at least three days before the above-mentioned time of hearing.

APPLICATION FOR MINERAL LICENCE
WILSON DAVID MAWHINNEY, of Ranfurly, farmer, and Robert William Weir, of Ranfurly, company manager, hereby give notice that they have applied to the Warden’s Court at Cromwell under application No. 54/1967, for a mineral licence to remove lime and limestone from Section 18, Block VIII, Maniototo Survey District.
The application will be heard at the Warden’s Court, Cromwell, at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, the 11th day of July 1967, and all objections to the application must be filed in the said Court and served on the applicants at least three clear days prior to the hearing.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
DILWORTH TRUSTEES ACT 1967
PUBLIC notice is hereby given by the Dilworth Trust Board, having its office at Dilworth Building, Queen Street, Auckland, that it intends to apply forthwith for leave to introduce a Private Bill under the short title of “Dilworth Trustees Act 1967”. The objects of such Bill are as follows:
To enable the Dilworth Trust Board, as trustees of the will of the late James Dilworth, of Remuera, in the City of Auckland, settler, to select any boy otherwise qualified for selection as a pupil of the Dilworth Ulster Institute (commonly known as “Dilworth School”), who is an adopted child or whose parents have been divorced or separated, judicially or otherwise, or one of whose parents has deserted his or her spouse, or any boy otherwise qualified for selection who is over the age of 10 years; to increase the remuneration of the Trustees and the honorarium of the Visitor; to enable the Trustees from time to time, instead of promoting legislation to vary or extend their powers, or to vary or prescribe the mode of administration of such trusts, to promote a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and any amendment thereof, or any Act passed in substitution therefor, and make application to the Supreme Court of New Zealand for approval thereof, and to confer jurisdiction upon the said Court to approve such a scheme, with or without modification, notwithstanding that anything in the scheme so approved shall be at variance with, or in conflict with, the provisions of any Act relating to the trusts of the will of the said James Dilworth, deceased, and that any scheme so approved shall be valid to all intents and purposes, notwithstanding anything in any such Act as if the scheme had been contained in an Act of Parliament.
Copies of the Bill may be inspected by the public, without fee, during office hours, at the office of the Dilworth Trust Board, Dilworth Building, Queen Street, Auckland.
Communications or notices to the Promoter may be sent to the same address.
