IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER
of PINOCK (N.Z.) LTD., a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 5-7 Dryden Place, Auckland,
sewing machine manufacturers:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company was, on the 21st day of June
1967, presented to the said Court by A. N. WHITE LTD., a
duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Auckland, advertising agents. The said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the
30th day of June 1967, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose
the making of an order on the said petition may appear at
the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by
the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

the person or, if a firm, the name, address, and description
of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the
office of the Supreme Court at Auckland, and must be
signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any),
and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in
sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address
for service not later than 4 p.m. on the 29th day of June 1967.

THE UPPER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and in the
matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given
that the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the City of Upper Hutt requires to take the lands described
in the Schedule hereto in connection with a public work,
and/or, in connection with the provision of amenities pursuant
to the operative district town planning scheme of the said
Corporation; namely, in connection with a town hall and
public offices, library, music hall, dance and sports hall,
and/or gymnasium and other amenities, to be provided pur-
suant to the above-mentioned district scheme.
Every person affected is hereby required to set forth in
writing, any objection he may wish to make to the taking
of the said lands, or any part thereof, not being an objection
to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send
such written objection within forty (40) days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Upper Hutt
City Council, Upper Hutt. If any such objection is made
a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the
objector otherwise requires, and such objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Upper Hutt
containing 2 roods 2.5 perches, more or less, being part of
Section 127, Hutt District, and being Lots 110, 111, 112, 113,
and 114 D.P. 1336, Township of Melbaville, and being the
whole of the land comprised in and described by certificate
of title, Volume 143, Folio 171 (Wellington Registry); being
No. 4 Brown Street (Lots 110 and 111), No. 2 Brown Street
(Lots 112 and 113), and No. 20 Wilson Street (Lot 114).

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter
of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, notice is hereby
given that the Lower Hutt City Council, being a local
authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928,
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts
and of every and any other power it thereunto enabling, to
execute a public work, i.e., the extension of an existing street,
namely, Cornwall Street, in the City of Lower Hutt, and
M. No. 280/67.
for the purposes of such public work the lands described in
the Schedule hereto are required to be taken in connection
with street extension; and notice is further given that a plan
of the land so required to be taken and marked T.P. 1/9/12,
is deposited at the offices of the Council, Administration
Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for
inspection by all persons, without fee, during ordinary office
hours.
Every person who is affected by the execution of the said
public work, or the taking of the said lands or any of them,
and who has any objection he may wish to make to the
execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the
said pieces of land or any of them, shall send his written
objection within a period of forty (40) days from the date
of first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk of
the Lower Hutt City Council, at his office, the Administration
Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt.

CITY OF DUNEDIN
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954, notice is hereby given that the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter
called "the Corporation") proposes, under the provisions of
the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work,
namely, to provide, pursuant to section 177 of the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954, parking places, and for the purpose
of such public work, the interests in land described in the
Schedule hereto require to be taken for the purpose of parking
places; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the
lands in respect of which the said interests are required to be
taken, is deposited in the Municipal Chambers, the Octagon,
Dunedin, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all
persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons
affected by the execution of the said public work, or the taking
of the said interests in land should, if they have any objections
to the execution of the said public work, or the taking of
such interests in land, not being an objection to the amount
or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and
send such written objection, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, namely, the 13th day of June 1967,
to the Town Clerk of the Corporation; and that if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires, and that each objector will be advised
of the time and place of hearing.

of lease No. 11203, in that piece of land situated in the City
of Dunedin, containing 37.25 perches, more or less, being
Lot 4, Deposited Plan 5415, and being part of Reserve No. 5,
and part Block LI, Town of Dunedin, and being part of the
land comprised in certificate of title, register book Volume 308,
folio 68, and all the land comprised in memorandum of lease
No. 11203, as the same is more particularly shown on the
said plan and thereon coloured yellow. This property is known
as High Street Chambers Nos. 99β102, Lower High Street,
Dunedin. -
A right of way created by memorandum of lease
No. 11203, over that piece of land situated in the City of
Dunedin, containing 4.53 perches, more or less, being part
Lot 5, D.P. 5415, and being part of Reserve No. 5, Town of
Dunedin, and being part of the land comprised in the said
certificate of title, as defined in the said memorandum of
lease, and as the same is more particularly shown on the
said plan and thereon coloured blue. This is the right of way
adjoining High Street Chambers.
