Acquisition of Land as Part of the Waihola Domain

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been acquired as a public domain, subject to the
provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953,
as an addition to the Waihola Domain, to be administered as
a public domain by the Domain Board.

Amendment to Urewera, Tongariro, Egmont, Abel Tasman,
Nelson Lakes, Arthur's Pass, Mount Cook, Westland, Mount
Aspiring, and Fiordland National Parks By-laws.

PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, resolutions have
been passed by each of the Urewera, Tongariro, Egmont,
Abel Tasman, Nelson Lakes, Arthur's Pass, Mount Cook,
Westland, Mount Aspiring, and Fiordland National Park
Boards, resolving that a new by-law be made as set out in the
Schedule hereto, and such resolution has been approved by
the National Parks Authority.

It is therefore declared that the said by-laws have been
amended accordingly.

Visitors' Books:

(a) No person shall write, print, or otherwise record any
profane, indecent, or obscene language in any visitors' book
the property of the Board.
(b) No person shall by any means whatsoever deface any
visitors' book the property of the Board.

for election to the office of producers' representative on the
Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee, I do declare

being the persons so nominated, to be duly elected as pro-
ducers’ representatives in respect of the said Southern Ward.

IN compliance with the provisions of section 72 of the Electoral
Act 1956, I, Roy Emile Jack, Speaker of the House of
Representatives of New Zealand, hereby notify that Puti
Tipene Watene, a member of the House of Representatives
for the Electoral District of Eastern Maori, died on the
14th day of June 1967, during a recess of the House, and
that the said seat in the House of Representatives for the
said Electoral District is vacant by reason of such death.

1. This notice may be cited as the Harataunga Develop-
ment Scheme Amending Notice 1967, No. 1.
2. The notice described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
