Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the
reserve for a resting place for stock described in the Schedule
hereto.

Part Section 67, Kaituna Valley Registration District, situated
in Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District: Area, 2 acres and
13 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked
L. and S. 6/1/564 deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of
Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the
reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule
hereto, and further declares that the said land may be
disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market
value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation
reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards
the purchase of other land for recreation reserves.
